Our Process

Interactives, display cases, graphics, lighting, paint colors, flooring...it all goes into creating an amazing experience for visitors. Our time-tested process puts content first, and invites clients to participate in every step of it.

Process in Action

Here is an example of our process at work. The first video shows the Gallery of Culture at the Detroit Historical Museum at the design development phase--things aren't nearly finalized, but the core of the visitor experience is coming together. The second video shows how the gallery actually turned out, after lots of feedback & tweaking.
