Darius Gueramy of RedRoad Media asked John to help create a signage program for a client that needed to update their Art Deco style building in Midland. The goal was to provide aesthetically appropriate signage that would answer the needs of multiple tenants and the challenge of a unidirectional approach (one-way road.)

An existing sign that was partially blocked by the addition of an awning was no longer doing its job. The parking for the building was unmarked and under-awning signage needed to be updated.
